Spring has just started but it seems like the weather has skipped Spring altogether and jumped straight into Summer. The day temperature in Seoul reached 18.2degC today. Although, the Yellow Sand warning was still on, I decided to take a walk in town because it has been quite a while since I last enjoyed such warm weather.
The City Hall is currently undergoing a major facelift. A so-called "Art Fence", which comes with a giant LED screen and a performing stage, is being erected around the new City Hall building construction site. The coming Spring Hi Seoul Festival in early May will be held in front of the new Art Fence. Anyway, flowers are starting to bloom at the City Hall. Pictures below.
