남중국해의 하늘

Here I am, standing at the northern end of Borneo, looking out into the South China Sea.

The sky is sapphire blue. The cloud is creamy white. Is this what people call the tropical paradise? I must be dreaming.

  4. Sorry Song, I think I lost you there. I don't quite understand the second and the last sentence :(
    I can read all the words but I cannot understand their combined meaning. >.<
    Are you able to translate them if that is not too troublesome?

  5. I wanted to say that actually it is not fair to name it only 'south china sea' coz there are also other countries in that area. Of course, that's the same as 'Sea of Japan' - geographical names are mostly from powerful nations like China or Japan. People from Brunei, etc probably will be not happy about that^^;

    It just occured to me. Korean feel the same way whenever we hear the word 'Sea of Japan'. There should be another way that sounds a bit more neutral.

    Hehe~

  6. I understood your point of view now. Quite political-weighted though. I hope the Brunei people won't mind if I use South China Sea because that is the only name I know. If they are unhappy, I will immediately apologise and retract or amend all reference to it. I think this will help :)
