I was told a visit to a restaurant operated by a chef from the 'Culinary Class Wars' has to be in the bucket list. Based on the itinerary, a visit to Green Bowl was planned, It is an Italian restaurant helm by chef Nam Jeong-seok, one of the 'white spoons' from season 1. Seat in such restaurant is usually hard to come by but when our visit was timed at opening time and on a weekday, seats were aplenty.
One of the pros of traveling in big group, we were able to order every dishes on the menu without risk of overeating. Without surprise, the quality of each dish matched up to our expectation. Chef Nam is deserving of his celebrity chef status. He knew well of that and agreed readily when we requested to take a group photo with him. The money and excess calories were worth it.
