광안대교

Gwangan Bridge viewed from the promenade at Suyeong. The bridge lighting changes colour from time to time. The huge orange-coloured structures are the breakwater and they are supposed to be strong enough to withstand typhoon hit.

This is the Gwangan Bridge (광안대교, 廣安大橋) of Busan. Currently the longest bridge in Korea, measuring 7.4km in length. It spans across the Bay of Suyeong (수영, 水營) and connects Suyeong to Haeundae (해운대, 海雲臺). Watching the bridge by the beach has been my favourite evening past-time in Busan. Plus the sound of waves and the cooling breezes, it was simply delightful :)
