When the lights was switched on at 5:30pm, the Garden of Morning Calm turned instantly into a magical forest. Going by the ooh and aah that resonated through the cold winter night, people were enchanted.
Wish I could. Most of my friends don't like winter though I did suggest. I miss winter. Hopefully, this year I can make a winter trip. Right now, I can only enjoy your photographs.
The last Gapyeong city tour bus leaves for Cheongpyeong Station at 7:30pm. I will elaborate on the transportation again when I blog about my Gapyeong trip.
Thanks. After some experiences, I'm quite wary about transportation when it is out of Seoul. Especially at near resort area like Yongpyong. I once thought cabs are easily available anywhere. You have visited a few lovely sights which I would like to include for my next trip, if the location is accessible for me. : )
Beautiful, especially with the snowy background! You sure know where to find nice places.
ReplyDeleteLights in winter has a more attractive feel. Come and experience yourself. Pictures don't do justice in this instance.

ReplyDeleteHope you can have a good time next winter. It would also be good if it is not as cold as this winter.
ReplyDeleteHow was your transportation back when you stayed till dark?

ReplyDeleteHi Daphne, happy exploring Korea. I have my share of transportation woes but I think the trouble is worthwhile.
