A brand new year bring on a whole new set of possibilities but on the first day of 2008, I shall only write non-serious stuff.
There is this "If Coffee & Cake" cafe outside Kyunghee University which is well-known for its "free" cake. Of course, free cake is only available if you order a drink. So is the cake nice? I thought it was quite decent and just to take note, "If" will not promote its cake if it is not good.
Inside the cafe, there are two set of menu. One of which is the drink menu and the other the cake menu. The drink menu was easy to read but I gave up on the cake menu. I could not make up what kind of cakes were there because everything in the menu was in Korean or perhaps Konglish. So I just pointed to one and ate whatever that came.
I must say that the ambiance is quite nice for chit-chatting too. I have not seen any other branches of "If" in Seoul, so the one at Kyunghee is probably the one and only.
