It has a cozy setting which let you enjoy your dinner and the night skyline of Singapore at the same time.<br /><br />For the day, it is between top of the Sands or the Flyer.<br /><br />Suntec 4 and OUB are not really in a 'right' position for a good view of Singapore skyline. They're supposed to be part of the skyline to be viewed.<br /><br />By the way, I've never been to any of the above places.
